I have tentatively scheduled a CPR/First Aid Class for Sunday August 29.  The cost will be $25.00 per person. This will be a all day class( 7-8 hrs).  Class size is limited to 20 people, If you`re interested let me know and I`ll add you to the list.  Money is due at the end of the class.     Thanks   Mike

John Hunt

John is moving around a bit easier. He can get out of the chair by himself. We have taken walks in the back yard. Later today we plan on taking a walk up and down our street. His ribs are still very sore. He has a appointment on Fri day August 6th with the Doctor to have them checked out.
Later Jo

John is now home and resting comfortably we hope.

John Hunt is in Valley Medical Center room 2116; several broken ribs, a deflated lung and lots of asphalt rash.  Jo (Johns wife) says he`ll probably be in the hospital today and tomorrow--  maybe thru the weekend.  Ribs are broken in the small of the back instead of the front.

John Hunt a member of Chapter P was involved in a motorcycle accident today (Thurs. July 22);  don`t know the extent of injuries at this point; possible broken ribs and asphalt rash on left shoulder.   From what I understand, John was in the outside lane and a truck along side of him came over.  John slid about 100 feet; his helmet did come off.   He is at Valley Medical Center now.  Please watch for latest updates.       Mike

Just heard that John Hunt has a 3/4 collapsed left lung.  They have inserted a tube to get the lung back up.  John is resting as comfortably as possible.  Send cards and letters to:   John Hunt, 920 3rd Ave., Kent, WA  98032

The Purple Kickstand award, awarded in all good humor to that Chapter member, who in the course of an official chapter event, commits such actions demonstrating loss of brain function, resulting in too many "U" turns, getting lost, or otherwise causes one to  fall down and go boom.  This award is presented at our General Meetings.
